Maintenance Plan

Protect your software investment with IGC's Maintenance Plan. The plan adds value to your software purchase by providing technical support, updates, and upgrades for one fixed annual price.

Informative Graphics' Maintenance Plan lets you pre-plan for all maintenance and product upgrades with one fixed price per year. Under the program, you will receive automatic shipment of upgrades as new releases become available at no additional charge. You'll also receive unlimited technical support by phone, fax, and web ticket, as well as FTP access, driver updates, and bug fixes.

A Maintenance Plan is available for each of IGC’s products, including Net-It, Redact-It, Brava!, and MYRIAD products.

When you participate in the plan, you are guaranteed all major and minor software updates during the contract period (options excluded unless originally purchased).

The Maintenance Plan period is one year from date of maintenance purchase, automatically renewable annually. Annual fee is 20% of the covered product(s) list price.

Standard 90-Day Product Warranty

When you purchase software from Informative Graphics, you automatically receive a 90-day warranty free of charge an all IGC's products. The warranty covers that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship. The 90-day warranty entitles you to free phone, FAX, and web ticket support for 90 days from date of purchase.

During the 90-day warranty period, you have the opportunity to purchase IGC's Maintenance Plan. If you choose to purchase the plan after your 90-day warranty period has elapsed, you will be charged an upgrade fee at current market price in order to bring you to the latest version of the software. You will then be eligible for the program, which will extend one year from date of maintenance purchase. Customers who choose not to invest in IGC's Maintenance Plan can access IGC technical support through web ticket after expiration of the 90-day warranty.
