Product Description

The Brava Diagnostics Tool is a utility provided to help troubleshoot installation problems. The tool consists of a single executable, BravaDiagnosticsTool.exe.

BravaEnterpriseX 5.* are the versions supported by this release of the Brava Diagnostics Tool.

There are five components that the diagnostic tool will check. The components are BravaClient (or the webserver where the ActiveX control is installed), BravaServer (or the servlet engine where the servlets for BravaServer are installed), QueueServer (or the servlet engine where the servlet components for Net-It Enterprise are installed), the JobProcessor component of Net-It Enterprise, and the End User (or machine where the browser will be used). These components can be installed on the same machine, separate machines or in different combinations on the same machines.
