The IGC technical support staff is available from 5:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Mountain Standard Time.

Phone support is available to current customers within the standard warranty period and maintenance plan subscribers.

Are you having difficulty with one of our products? You can create a Support Ticket 24 hours a day and a member of our Support team will respond to you by email within a business day. You will need your IGC Software PIN to submit a Support Ticket. Please refer to the FAQ for brief instructions on how to locate you PIN.
