Store Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Informative Graphics Corp. Online Store. By placing an order through the Informative Graphics Corp. Online Store, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Website Terms of Use. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the Informative Graphics Corp. Site Terms of Use, you may not use the Informative Graphics Corp. Online Store.

These Terms apply only to orders you place using the Informative Graphics Corp. Online Store.

Order Validation and Acceptance When you place an order through the Informative Graphics Corp. Online Store, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Informative Graphics Corp. Online Store is an offer to purchase our products or services. Informative Graphics Corp. may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Informative Graphics Corp. until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Pricing and Product Information Informative Graphics Corp. makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to Informative Graphics Corp.’s products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Informative Graphics Corp.’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Informative Graphics Corp.’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Informative Graphics Corp., or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Informative Graphics Corp. will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Payment and Shipment You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards, issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® cards. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time, Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed that day, and will generally be shipped the following business day. In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if Informative Graphics Corp. declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, Informative Graphics Corp. will process a refund. In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, Informative Graphics Corp. will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, Informative Graphics Corp. will issue a refund.

Sales Tax Informative Graphics Corp. collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number evidencing your status at the time of purchase. Informative Graphics Corp. will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and Informative Graphics Corp. is required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse Informative Graphics Corp. for the amount of such tax, and Informative Graphics Corp.’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax.

Warranties The only warranties Informative Graphics Corp. provides with respect to any product or service purchased through the Informative Graphics Corp. Online Store are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written Informative Graphics Corp. documentation accompanying such product or service.

Standard 90-Day Product Warranty

When you purchase software from Informative Graphics, you automatically receive a 90-day warranty free of charge an all IGC's products. The warranty covers that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship. The 90-day warranty entitles you to free phone, FAX, and web ticket support for 90 days from date of purchase.

During the 90-day warranty period, you have the opportunity to purchase IGC's Maintenance Plan. If you choose to purchase the plan after your 90-day warranty period has elapsed, you will be charged an upgrade fee at current market price in order to bring you to the latest version of the software. You will then be eligible for the program, which will extend one year from date of maintenance purchase. Customers who choose not to invest in IGC's Maintenance Plan can access IGC technical support through web ticket after expiration of the 90-day warranty.

You may return any product purchased through the Informative Graphics Corp. Online Store within ninety (90) days of receipt, provided that the product is repackaged in its original packaging materials. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement part.
