Find It
IGC offers key tools to help users find and access the right document quickly. Add thumbnails to search results, or even a full document preview, with zoom/pan, search and term-hit highlighting. The preview highlights all instances of the current search term and allows for additional in-document searches as well. Document previews can be added to the document properties screens, too.
Use It
Improve your document-centric processes by helping teams work more efficiently and with fewer communication errors. Any task can automatically, even intelligently, kick off the next workflow action, like alerting a reviewer there is a reply to their comment or initiating the release process once the "Completed" stamp is applied. The Brava viewer can be added as a convenient web part to any page, giving more flexible ways to interact with information—anywhere.
Redact
Protect sensitive content in any document with IGC's document-by-document or automated/batch redaction tools. Search for data to be redacted using pattern matching or apply a redaction template to all documents (e.g., forms). Aid compliance initiatives by embedding redaction into any workflow or by redacting an entire library.
Share It
Share documents with others easily, even those outside the organization, by publishing them to TIFF, PDF or secure CSF. You can choose to include markups and annotations as well as hyperlinks and bookmarks. You can also add custom stamps, a watermark or banners with information like "Draft" or "Confidential" and add document security (with PDF and CSF).
Protect It
We never modify or give users access to the original document and we offer the ability to redact sensitive and privacy information. Using Brava Protected Libraries, you can give users the ability to see document content while ensuring the underlying documents never leave SharePoint, giving you true document security. IGC products also offer the ability convert documents to IGC's CSF format with Visual Rights document-level security. CSF offers a simple way for content owners to control what happens to the document once they have distributed it, including the ability to expire (time bomb) the file. We also offer the ability to create PDF or secure CSF "clone" of a document library, allowing content contributors to access native files but directing content consumers to the clone library.
