Access Content Quickly
Brava lets you access document content anywhere inside of SharePoint, with no need to download the document. Brava can be easily added to search results pages, document list views, and even document properties windows. It provides users the ability to see thumbnails of a particular document, a thumbnail view of their whole library of documents or full-document previews.
This means users can quickly scan a document and perform additional in-document searches, all without leaving the SharePoint page. Once they have found just the right document, they can quickly open it in the secure Brava client where they can add stamps and a watermark and make comments.

Share Documents Securely
Brava obeys the SharePoint security model, allowing only authorized users to view, print, publish or comment on documents. Brava can even prevent workers from using the print screen command to capture information. This lets companies share documents with users who have access to the SharePoint library, but prevents information from leaving the repository without authorization.
Share documents outside the organization easily by publishing to secure, encrypted CSF (Content Sealed Format). Without using keys, signatures or even a rights management system, CSF offers the ability to password-protect a document, restrict print and copy actions and even add an expiration date. Recipients view CSF files with the free Brava Reader. |

Enhance Workflows
SharePoint workflows provide a great tool for managing processes right inside of SharePoint. Brava makes workflows even easier by letting you work with document content right inside the workflow screen.
With Brava, documents can be reviewed directly from a workflow task screen. Users can view annotations, add their own comments, and never have to leave the SharePoint environment.
Brava's rich customizability allows you to easily hide tools that aren't appropriate for the workflow or add buttons to move to the next step in the workflow. Users can even launch workflows right from the Brava interface.

Add Stamps and Watermarks
Brava's stamp features allow users to add stock stamps to documents like APPROVED, DRAFT and CANCELLED, or to add custom stamps. Bi-directional stamps allow organizations to create custom stamps that can pull and/or push metadata from and to the SharePoint database. For example, a stamp may have a field automatically populated with the worker's username and date, and have a field for them to add notes that get saved back to the database.
It also allows administrators to force watermarks or banners to display onscreen or on printed documents. These can contain information such as user, date and even the IP address or host name of the user's machine as well as metadata and attributes from SharePoint. |

Convert Documents
Brava offers the ability to publish any document—regardless of format—to TIFF, PDF, DWF, or secure CSF. Information Workers can publish the document they are currently viewing, or Brava can publish on-demand as part of a workflow. |

Compare Document Versions
Compare different versions of a document or drawing with Brava's built-in comparison tool—useful for comparing drawing and document revisions/versions and faxed versus signed contracts. Brava offers pixel-to-pixel and text comparison modes so users can choose the view best suited to their file type. Comparison views can also include annotations for easy change verifications, ensuring no changes are left unincorporated. |

Redact Documents
Brava's redaction tools let users remove sensitive information from documents, drawings and images manually, by intelligent pattern matching, and by text search. Brava offers a draft mode to accommodate review cycles, the ability to redact pages and page ranges, and the ability to do partial redactions, useful for redacting all but the last four digits of a credit card or bank account number. |

Work with CAD Files
Changemarks step reviewers through every comment, ensuring nothing is missed. This feature is particularly important for large drawings and multi-page files. With CAD files, vector data is not converted to pixels (rasterized), thus maintaining the integrity and fidelity of the drawing. Brava's compare feature allows users to easily view at-a-glance any modifications that have been made to a drawing.
A takeoff count allows users to count items on drawings such as doors and windows and aggregate the measured areas of flooring or other materials for purchasing decisions. Users can create separate profiles for each count using different colors, and then create a report in a spreadsheet format. |
