Informative Graphics Partners With Kofax Resellers To Distribute Redaction Software
Informative Graphics Forms Strategic Partnerships with Twinstar Inc. and Other U.S.-Based Kofax Resellers to Distribute Redact-It Product Suite
SCOTTSDALE, Arizona—December 4, 2007 Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in content visualization, secure publishing and collaboration technology announced today that it has signed partnership agreements with several key Kofax® resellers to distribute its Redact-It™ product suite, including Redact-It for Kofax Ascent® Capture, Redact-It Enterprise and a redaction validation tool.
Redaction is becoming an increasingly necessary part of regulation compliance strategies, such as HIPAA and the Privacy Act, and overall records and content management processes across every industry. The Redact-It product suite provides automated, reliable redaction wherever documents enter the system and works in tandem with Kofax Intelligent Capture & Exchange, the centerpiece of Kofax's strategic initiative to enable organizations to streamline business processes by capturing documents in the front office, where they originate, and moving them in real time to transactional business processes.
Redact-It removes content by zone, text search or pattern search (e.g., find all xxx-xx-xxxx patterns to redact social security numbers) and it always creates a new rendition of the file, leaving the source file secure and untouched.
IGC has signed agreements with Colorado-based Twinstar, Inc., Missouri-based Capitol Communication Systems and Minnesota-based ADV Document Systems, with more such partnerships closing soon. Because these companies provide consulting and installation of content and records management solutions, they are ideally situated to recognize redaction needs and assist their customers with the proper technology for their environment.
