Informative Graphics Announces 33% Growth, New CFO

Innovative Collaboration and Redaction Technology Provider Continues to Hire Despite Global Recession

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – May 30, 2012 – Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in viewing, collaboration and redaction technology, announced that it has increased its staff 33% in 18 months in response to strong revenue growth. Also, IGC has hired Jay Mayne as its new CFO and Vice President of Operations to replace the previous CFO who retired in April after 18 years with the company.

Mr. Mayne will preside over IGC's accounting, financial analysis, treasury, and tax, and will lead the legal and operations teams. He is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years' experience in finance, analysis and reporting. Before joining IGC, he oversaw accounting at both large and small enterprises, including Viasoft, Inc., a $113 million company that provided highly-integrated information technology (IT) solutions for business, where he was Director of Finance through the eventual sale of the company.
