Informative Graphics to Showcase Brava! and Redact-It for
the Enterprise at ARMA 2008
Next-Generation Document Viewing, Collaboration and Automated
Electronic Redaction Solutions Support Secure Content Sharing
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—October 20, 2008—Informative Graphics
Corporation (IGC), a leader in viewing, collaboration and redaction
technology, today announced that its Brava!® Enterprise and
Redact-It® Enterprise products are being showcased at the 2008
ARMA International Conference and Expo at the Las Vegas Convention
Center in Las Vegas, NV from October 20-23, 2008. Informative
Graphics, located at booth #1034, is demonstrating the workflow
efficiencies and reduced resource requirements made possible
with these sophisticated technologies.
ARMA’s 53rd annual conference and expo is focused on technologies
and processes supporting the management of electronic records. Records
and information management professionals, general and inside counsels,
legal administrators, RIM and IT consultants, CIOs and IT managers
attend this annual event for the latest business solutions, best practices,
technology tools and innovative ideas from more than 200 of today’s
top industry providers.
At the conference, IGC is showcasing Brava Enterprise for document
viewing, collaboration and secure content delivery. Brava! provides
a simple viewing and collaboration interface for virtually any file
format, including Microsoft® Word, Adobe® PDF, TIFF and more. Brava
allows organizations to communicate more effectively, improve workflow
processes and reduce IT resource requirements. It is integrated with
today’s leading capture and content management platforms including
IBM, EMC, Open Text and Interwoven.
IGC is also demonstrating the Redact-It software suite, which is the
only solution offering both server and desktop solutions that automatically
detect and remove privacy information such as social security numbers,
names and phone numbers, and other custom search criteria before making
documents secure and available to a wider audience. Once information
is redacted, the software creates a new PDF, TIFF rendition, leaving
the source file untouched. No metadata or redacted data is transferred
to the rendition.
“We are helping organizations meet the stringent requirements of secure
document disclosure and challenges of content sharing throughout the
enterprise,” said Gary Heath, President and CEO of Informative Graphics.
“Armed with our solutions, organizations will have significant advantages
in terms of litigation and compliance readiness with the most intelligent,
accurate and cost-effective solutions in the industry.”
