Brava!® for OpenText Content Server
Brava!® for OpenText Content Server makes it easy to find, view, collaborate on and share documents, images and drawings. Built from the ground up to work specifically with OpenText Content Server and CAD Manager solutions, Brava views everything from Word documents to AutoCAD drawings. Brava has all the standard view and markup tools for engineers and other technical personnel, but is also very user-friendly, so even non-technical people can use Brava effectively.
Users will also appreciate the simplicity of Brava's navigation and print features. Brava's Compare tool helps users verify changes on revisions. All basic View commands are readily available off the main toolbar and the Print dialog features a preview thumbnail showing file and printer margins so there are no surprises.
Users can add Visual Rights persistent security controls, including encryption, password protection, a content "block out" function, onscreen and print banners, print and other feature restrictions, and more – as an extra layer of security when files are exchanged across the firewall with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
Because it supports hundreds of formats, Brava reduces how many applications need to be installed on every desktop. Brava even extends the indexing capabilities of OpenText Content Server, making content easier to search. From Word to AutoCAD, Brava does it all.

The Brava Connector for OpenText SharePoint enables viewing, annotation and redaction on virtually any file stored in either SharePoint or Content Server through Microsoft's SharePoint portal. When coupled with OpenText CLM Services for SharePoint, the Connector allows organizations to leverage the investment they have made in Brava functionality for Content Server and enables collaboration capabilities for users who prefer to work within the SharePoint interface.
