Redaction
Redaction involves blocking sensitive content
before distributing the file. With Brava for
WorkSite MP, files can be redacted by area,
word/phrase or a series of search strings contained
in a referenced text file. Redacted files can be
saved as PDF or our own
Content Sealed Format (CSF)
for outside distribution while keeping the source
file untouched within the workspace.
When using CSF, the
redaction entities can be password protected so
authorized users can still access the full content.
CSF files are encrypted (256-bit) and secure.
