Maintenance Plan

Protect your software investment with IGC's Maintenance Plan. The plan adds value to your software purchase by providing technical support, updates, and upgrades for one fixed annual price.

Informative Graphics' Maintenance Plan lets you pre-plan for all maintenance and product upgrades with one fixed price per year. Under the program, you are entitled to upgrades as new releases become available at no additional charge. You'll also receive unlimited technical support by web ticket, phone/fax and GoTo as well as FTP access, driver updates, and bug fixes.

A Maintenance Plan is available for each of IGC’s products, including Net-It, Redact-It, Brava!, and MYRIAD products.

When you participate in the plan, you are guaranteed all major and minor software updates during the contract period.

The Maintenance Plan period is one year from date of maintenance purchase, renewable annually. Annual fee is 20% of the covered product(s) list price.
