Redaction

Redact (block out) privacy information or sensitive content and distribute redacted file as PDF, TIFF or CSF with Visual Rights. Redact by area or search for text strings. Standard search strings can be referenced from a text file. Redactions can then be applied to documents based on the group a user is a member of, or published to another format for distribution outside of OpenText Content Server.

Visual Rights

Users can Visual Rights which include password protection; restricting print, copy, markup and more; watermark and banners; and a file expiration date.
