Gary Heath
CEO and Co-Founder
|
|
|
Gary has more than 20 years
experience in developing enterprise applications. Incorporated in 1990, IGC is a leading
developer of viewing, annotation, and redaction software. Since IGC’s inception, Gary’s
leadership and innovation have been key drivers of the company’s growth. Through Gary's passion for innovation,
IGC pioneered the concept of simple document security with its Visual Rights
technology and introduced Redact-It, a software solution which removes privacy
and sensitive content from documents.
Gary is a serial entrepreneur,
having founded CSoft Inc., a CAD
translation and software service company, in 1986. Prior
to CSoft Inc., Gary worked at Honeywell Corporation as a
software developer.

Carl Strain
Management Advisor
|
|
|
Carl has more than 40 years experience in financial and operations management with high-tech
and industrial companies. Carl joined IGC in 1994 and has used his considerable experience
and judgement to ensure the financial stability of this self-funded company, even during its
periods or rapid growth and expansion. While Carl officially retired as IGC CFO in April 2012, he continues to serve IGC in an advisory capacity.
Carl started his career with General Electric (GE) and is a graduate of the GE Financial
Management Program. Carl then spent 17 years in financial management positions with
Honeywell and GenRad before leaving to become VP of Finance & CFO of Microtest, a high-tech
startup that he took public in 1992.

Jay Mayne
Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Operations
|
|
|
Jay has spent more than 25 years focused on the financial processes, analysis and reporting required to make companies highly successful. At IGC, Jay is responsible for accounting, financial analysis, treasury, and tax, as well as leading the legal and operations teams.
Prior to joining IGC, Jay worked at both large and small companies, including Viasoft, Inc., a $113 million company that provided highly-integrated information technology (IT) solutions for business. Jay was the Controller through its growth years and IPO and was the Director of Finance through the sale of the company in 2001. Prior to Viasoft Jay was responsible for the financial operations of Informatics Legal Systems, a $30 million software and services division of Wang Laboratories focused on the legal vertical.

Harman Cadis
Chief Information Officer

|
|
Harman has over 25 years of experience in upper-level management positions and has a solid track record of building robust, fast-growth organizations through technology innovations. Well-versed in multiple technologies and disciplines, he is an astute IT solutions developer that specializes in leading companies through start-up, turnaround, and high-growth phases. After consulting to IGC briefly, Harman officially joined the IGC team in 2011.
Prior to joining IGC Harman was the CIO for United Drugs and CTO at MicroAge. He also is a founding member and chairman of the Association of Microcomputer Distributors, a member of the Admissions Board at Arizona Technology Incubator, a contributing editor for Computer Reseller News and a member of the Governor's Strategic Partnerships for Economic Development-High Technology Industry Council and TEC (The Executive Committee).

Jeff Herding
Vice President, Sales
|
|
|
Jeff has more than 20 years experience in high-tech marketing, sales,
channel development, and business development. Jeff has been with IGC since September 2005.
He has progressive, hands-on responsibility for driving sales and profitability while reducing costs.
He is recognized for having tremendous entrepreneurial spirit and tenacity, with an ability to
analyze markets and capitalize on opportunities in a timely manner. With Jeff's involvement,
IGC had a 50% year-over-year growth in 2008. That same year, IGC surpassed the 4,000 customer milestone.
Jeff began his career with the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), spending more than seven years
in marketing/sales roles and managing one of HP's largest reseller clients. After assisting
Sun Microsystems in the development and rollout of their initial channel program, Jeff moved
on to hold leading roles in a number of small to mid-sized software and services organizations
where he was responsible for the development of strategic marketing, branding, and sales efforts.

Ramona Ferrara
Vice President, Engineering
|
|
|
Ramona has over 20 years experience in software development, consulting, sales, and management.
Since joining IGC in March 2007, Ramona has used her broad wealth of experience to help engineering
teams speed and improve development cycles while simultaneously increasing the focus on quality.
Her management style encourages innovation, one of the hallmark attributes of the IGC culture.
Prior to IGC, Ramona was Vice President, Technologies Program Office at American Express.
For most of her career, Ramona has been instrumental in company and customer technology
adoption programs such as mainframe transition to PC & workstation computing; Expert Systems;
Data Warehouses and Data Mining; Smart Card; Internet business solutions; and best practices
in software development.

Christine Musil
Director, Marketing
|
|
|
|
Christine has a diverse career in engineering and marketing spanning over 15 years. Christine has been with IGC since March 1996, when she started as a technical writer and a quality assurance engineer. After moving to marketing in 2001, she has applied her in-depth knowledge of IGC's products to marketing initiatives and collateral. She oversees all aspects of IGC marketing, including branding, messaging, social media, PR and more. She is a widely recognized expert on electronic redaction and has contributed articles to a number of publications on archiving formats, redaction, and viewing technology in the enterprise.

Chrisman Smith
Director, Technical Services
|
|
|
Chrisman has over 15 years of experience in information technology and has been with IGC since October 2005. With a strong background in program management and database administration, he has implemented infrastructure improvements that enhance the customer experience and automate internal processes. IGC prides itself on offering the best support in the industry, and under Chrisman’s leadership, the pre- and post-sales support teams continue this tradition of excellence.
Prior to joining IGC, Chrisman was with Lockheed Martin Information Technology as a Deputy Program Manager.

Suzette Gibson, CPA, MBA
Controller
|
|
|
Suzette has more than 25 years experience in small business accounting and administration. Since joining IGC in 1999 as the company’s Accounting Manager, Suzette has been responsible for financial and tax reporting, overseeing daily accounting functions and human resources. She also currently teaches accounting part-time for the University of Phoenix.
Suzette brings a diverse background working for several CPA firms, as well as for the construction, retail and service industries. Suzette has held positions with various firms including Richard Bollard, CPA; Gerrard & Donaldson, CPA; and Wayne Witzig, CPA. She also worked for Richwood Metals as the company’s full-charge bookkeeper and office manager. Prior to IGC, Suzette worked for 15 years alongside her husband in their company, Spear Pool Co., Inc., managing administration and accounting. |

Kiley Hyatt
Quality & Process Manager
|
|
|
| Kiley joined the IGC Quality Assurance team in 2007. He quickly became
the QA Lead for several server-based products and was responsible for
implementing a number of process improvements and internal tools. With
over 10 years in the software industry, Kiley brings a diverse
background in Quality Assurance. Most notably, Kiley was a Senior
Quality Assurance engineer with America Online (AOL), leading an
international team responsible for testing AOL's high-profile Video@AOL
and In2TV projects. Kiley is experienced with the Waterfall and Agile
software development life cycle models and a range of hardware and
technology including VM ESX, JIRA, Confluence, Apache/Tomcat and
IIS/.Net. |
